For April Falls month, NSW Fall Prevention & Healthy Ageing Network have created the 3 x 3 Healthy Ageing Challenge.
Falls can affect anyone. Regular physical activity, healthy eating and socialising are all protective factors to help prevent falls.
Challenge a friend to the 3 x 3 Healthy Ageing Challenge this April and see who ticks off the most activities! (see pdf below) Also see the Daily Physical Activity for Falls Prevention (see pdf below) for daily activities you can do to stay active and help protect yourself from falls.
St Ives Physio will be running an information service on April 1st - April Falls Day, talking about all things falls. Come and see us for falls prevention tips and how you can work with your physio to prevent future falls. We'll also have information on all of our classes, including our new Balance Strengthening class. We'll be located on Level 2 near the Copper Pan.
