General Information
Consultations are by appointment only. The following information will assist you in preparation for your physiotherapy treatment:

  • Hours of Operation:
Monday - Friday            7:00 am - 6:00 pm
​Saturday                         8:00 am - 1:00 pm
Sunday                            Closed

  • Initial Consultation: 45 minutes.
  • Standard Consultation: 30 minutes.
  • Home Visits: Available in St Ives only.

Account Settlement

Payment at the time of consultation is appreciated. Methods of payment accepted are:

  • TYRO (Claim your health fund rebate at time of consultation)
  • Cash
  • Cheque
  • EFTPOS
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
What to Bring

  • A doctor's referral is not necessary for physiotherapy treatment. If you do have a referral letter, please bring it together with any x-rays or scans you may have.
  • DVA patients need a current referral from their GP.
