STEPHANIE EATHER B.Sc. (Physiotherapy) APAM

Stephanie graduated from Cumberland College of Health Sciences (Sydney University) in 1984, thereafter commencing her employment in the public hospital sector. During this time, she gained general experience in a range of physiotherapy sectors including: Intensive Care, Spinal Cord and Neurological Injuries, Orthopaedics, Splinting & Plastering and Ante-natal Education.

In 1988 she moved to Ryde Hospital as Deputy Physiotherapist. During this time, she was involved in preparing the physiotherapy department for accreditation.

​In late 1992, Stephanie joined St Ives Physiotherapy & Sports Therapy Centre as Hillary's first staff member. Her special interests include
  • adolescent sporting injuries
  • musculo-skeletal treatment and rehabilitation, particularly  acute and chronic spinal  conditions
  • Treatment and rehabilitation of the elderly

Stephanie is qualified in the Sarah Key approach for lumbar spine treatment, McKenzie and Maitland technique, Dry Needling, and myofascial therapy techniques.

Stephanie has also worked conjunctly for a company (CDC) in medico-legal assessment and report writing for third party cases.
