SACRO ILIAC JOINT DISORDERS

WHAT IS THE SIJ?
The sacroiliac joints (SIJ) are located on each side of the spine and connect the sacrum to the two bones of the pelvis. Their main function is to absorb shock and transmit forces to the legs.
